A：Our company is located in Zhangjiagang city, 2.5 hours to Pudong airport, 1.5 hours to Hongqiao airport, 1 hour to Wuxi airport.

Q： How long is the machine warranty?

A： It's 12 months from B/L date. Each machine will be tested and get a warranty hangtag before packing and delivery. 

Q ： What technical support can I get?

A： Each machine has instruction book. We also offer video support. Learning in our factory is for free. We can also send technician to your factory with cost if needed.                

Q ：What is your term of delivery?

A： We accept EXW, FOB SHANGHAI and CIF. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Q ：What about the lead time for the mass production?

A： Normally it takes about 30 days after getting deposit.
